To the left, is a picture of a real world Bulletin board as can be found in schools, and laundramats all over America. People use them to reach out to neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who might happen along to get the word out about something that is important to them.

The online equivalant of this is --you guessed it-- an online bulletin board. If your business has a community eager to communicate with thier fellow collectors, hobbiest, pet owners etc... then this is a great way for them to do so through your site.
