is like the old fashioned mail order business of yesterday.
You must post your office hours and solicit your visitors to call and make their purachase with you directly via telephone.
Once on the phone you must take all thier information and then they will either make a payment via a credit card (see credit processing services) or mail you a payment via standard mail.
After the payment is processed by your bank, you send out the goods to fulfil the order.
Some ways you can make this easier for the buyer are:
1 Have your forms prepared and available for download via your website
2 Where credit card purchases are made use a fax to exchange any signed documents you might require and speed up delivery
